The chairman, members of the Governing Board, Management and staff of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), have extended their heartfelt condolences to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on the passing of his beloved eldest uncle, Miskoom Pius Nkup Yilbial, who died at the age of 88.
The Commission joined the family, the people of Gamailand and all those whose lives were touched by the late elder statesman in mourning the great loss.
The late Miskoom Pius Nkup Yilbial lived a life of service, integrity and dedication to humanity.
As a teacher, school administrator and one of the pioneer management staff of the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, Yilbial made significant contributions to education, public service and national development.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, the late Yilbial was a respected community leader, mentor and custodian of values whose wisdom and commitment to the progress of society earned him admiration across Gamailand, Plateau State, the North Central region and Nigeria as a whole.
His enduring contributions to community development and nation-building will remain a lasting legacy for future generations.
While his passing leaves a void in the hearts of family members, friends and associates, the NCDC takes solace in the remarkable life he lived and the positive impact he made on countless people.
The Board and management pray that Almighty God grants the soul of the departed eternal rest and gives Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, the entire family and all loved ones the strength, comfort and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
