NCDC MD/CEO Felicitates Muslim Ummah On Eid-el-Kabir

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, has urged Muslim faithful to use the period of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to offer prayers for peace, unity, progress and prosperity of Nigeria.

Dr. Tsenyi, in a Sallah message on behalf of the Governing Board, Management and Staff of the Commission, said that such prayers are required particularly at a time when collective commitment and patriotism are needed to move the nation forward.

While felicitating with the Muslim Ummah across the North Central region and Nigeria at large on the occasion of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, Dr. Tsenyil also called on Muslims to continue to uphold and demonstrate the virtues of sacrifice, love, tolerance and peaceful coexistence as exemplified by the Holy Prophet.

He stressed that such values remain critical to building a stronger and more harmonious society.

The NCDC Managing Director reassured the people of the North Central geopolitical zone that the Commission remains committed to its mandate of driving sustainable development, improving infrastructure, promoting economic opportunities and ensuring prosperity for all citizens of the region.

A statement by the Media and Corporate Communications Department of the NCDC stated that Dr. Tsenyil wished the Muslim Ummah a peaceful, joyful and spiritually rewarding Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
