Short-time Lovers Having Sex Inside Church In Maiduguri Caught In The Act
The Police in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital on Monday, February 12, 2024, arrested two short-time lovers that engaged in sex for payment at the Police College All Denominations Church (ADC).
The two suspects that were caught in the act who were identified as Kaka Umar of Damboa Road and Khadija Adam of Ngomari area of Maiduguri metropolis and subsequently arrested at about 11:40 am while digging it out emotionally.
The duo were believed to have been aided by a security man attached to the church.
The Reverend in charge of the Church, Danjuma Adamu, complained to the Police Investigation Team at the Metro Divisional Police Office that the arrested lovers were caught in the act inside the church.
Rev Adamu further told the police that Khadija confessed that Kaka Ali lured her into committing the act with a promise of paying her N1,000:00 for what he said was a “short round”.
Sources close to the police investigating team said the two love birds were undergoing further investigation, adding that after preliminary investigation, they would be referred to the appropriate authorities for a more detailed enquiry and possible prosecution.
