A video of the confrontation was shared on X by @ChuksEricE, who captioned it: “‘Lady seen flogging her two younger sisters, who were living together with her and her husband in Delta State, accusing them of sleeping with her husband.”
In the footage, the woman is seen flogging the two sisters while people around her try to calm her down. She is also heard saying that she would call the police.
The allegation could not be independently verified, and it is unclear what happened before the confrontation.
The incident has since generated a debate online, with many commenters questioning whether the woman’s husband should also face consequences if the allegation is true.
