Buhari Reappoints Adesina, Shehu, Akande As Presidential Media Managers
President Muhammadu Buhari has reappointed Mr. Femi Adesina and Mallam Garba Shehu as Special Adviser and Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, respectively.
The president also approved the reappointment of Mr. Laolu Akande as Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Office of the Vice President.
The reappointment was contained in a letter dated August 14, 2019 signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Boss Mustapha.
According to the content of the letters by the SGF, the appointments take effect from May 29, 2019.
Similarly, Mr. Tolu Ogunlesi was reappointed as Special Assistant on Digital Media while Mallam Buhari Salihu is the Special Assistant for Online Media.
In the same vein, President Buhari has appointed Senator Ita Enang as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Niger Delta Affairs as Senator Babajide Omoworare takes over as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate) while Mallam Umar El-Yakub was reappointed as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (House of Representatives).
