Popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels and wife of Senator Ned Nwoko, has raised concerns over threat to her life following what she described as intolerable violence being unleashed by her billionaire husband.
Regina Daniels, in the viral video, was heard saying; “In Ned Nwoko’s house I am nothing, but in my house, I am a queen. I cannot stand the violence anymore; it is too much.”
The video has sparked widespread concern online after Regina was seen visibly emotional and surrounded by several unidentified men.
In the video clip that has gone viral on social media, Rigina Daniels, who appeared distressed is seen being calmed down by some onlookers even as many of her fans expressed worries and sought clarifications on what must have transpired.
However, Movie producer, Stanley On-Top, who shared the video online, claimed that thugs allegedly sent by Senator Nwoko attacked Regina last night, but her brothers quickly moved and defended her.
Clip of the video showed her brothers fighting off some of the persons allegedly sent to attack Regina.
The actress had accused her husband, Ned Nwoko, a serving Senator, of domestic violence, thereby sparking widespread discuss on abuse within high-profile marriages in Nigeria.
The allegations surfaced after a viral video emerged online showing the actress in tears, saying she could no longer endure the “violence” in her marriage and home.

This is as her brother, Sammy West, also took to Instagram, alleging that Nwoko physically assaulted his sister. West said, “He beat my sister and smashed her head on the wall and later sent thugs after my family following the incident”.
Reliable sources hinted that Regina Daniels has already moved out of her matrimonial home in Abuja.
Regina Daniels got married to Ned Nwoko in 2019, an even that generated media attention due to the wide age gap between them and against the backdrop of Nwoko’s political prominence.
The latest controversy has again ignited public conversations around domestic violence, particularly within influential families, and also raised questions about the safety and rights of women in such relationships.
